Tsake him to a vet. It may be an allergy to something or it could be a parasite.

Does he lay in the grass a lot or lay on a blanket or bed that you've washed? It could be an alergy if so you can give him benadryl and but a little bag balm on the blisters. Bag balm is the stuff in the green tin and is safe if he licks at it.

Do not guess what this is.

Please, go to the vet for an accurate diagnosis as we cannot diagnose here.

    Good luck.

Some puppies can get blisters from urinating in long grass, or just squatting. It's basically urine burn - just a reaction to the urine on their skin. You might want to wipe off your pup's belly with a wipe or wet paper towel when you come in. Keeping it clean can prevent more AND prevent the blisters from getting infected.
I would still get to the vet or call, since I certainly don't know that is what is going on with your puppy.

I also must mention, if you pup is laying on wet bedding such as newspaper or a towel in a crate that has urine on it, that could be the problem!

    Hi teachnk...

Urine usually causes a red rash on a dog, not yellow blisters.
(I know because I have a male poodle who frequently urinates on his front legs)

This problem can only be addressed by a vet I'm afraid.
