    Kenmore Washer 80 Series NOT SPINING!
    I have a Kenmore washer 80 series, First it would not agitate so I changed the
    Coupler which connect to the motor and started washing. It worked fine until
    It came to the spin cycle , it started to spin pretty slowly and I could hear a tapping
    Or ticking type of noise. I checked and it was coming either from the motor or the transmission where the coupler fits in between the motor and trans.
    PLEASE HELP WITH THIS!! :confused::confused::confused:

    There are a set of points that take open and close as the timer on the front of the machine turns the clicking sound is probably the set of points the operates the motors spin cycle trying to engage I suggest that you remove the back of the washer and find what should look like a small box turn your washer to spin as listen for the one that needs to be replaced they maybe located behind the front control panel
