    I'm not sure if this is context but to make a great deal out of nowhere for instance you can use to make a mountain out of a mole hill or hurt your finger in a fan an cut off the arm or even to make a seven head monster out of one with just one and to make a fuss about nothing

    Please post the sentence, or even paragraph, this idiom would be in, so we can tell, for instance, if it is positive or negative.

    For instance, "effused over" would be positive.
