    Solar light panel
    I Have 2 sets of Hampton Bay solar lights, probably about 5 old. We have a couple that will no longer light, can the solar panel be replaced?

    Yes I have tried 2 different sets for new batteries. The batteries have voltage. How do you check the circuit board? Can the circuit board be replaced? When I say circuit board this is what has the bulb attached to it, inside the light.
