    Filing F843 Mistake
    Hi,
I am an international student that just graduated. I submitted an F843 form this past April but was not informed that I had to send it in with all the required documents that I just found sites listing (I.e. copy of I-20). I was not informed of the following required documentation when I was filling out the form. $800 for social security and medicare was taken out by the government this past year, which I hope to get returned. Would it be too late to refile my claim and send in the proper documentation? Is there any way to correct this? Thank you so much for your time and help. I would appreciate any advice!

Yes, there is a list of documents required with Form 843. Since you have already file Form 843, you should wait for letter from the IRS.
