    Well there are no for sure ways that will work 100%. She will either like you or she won't. You can't just "make" a girl like you. But try being nice to her. Or talking to her, show her you like her. A movie or flowers? Try something subtle at first to see if she would be interested.

    Listen to her damn it! Show that you really care about what she thinks or feels by repling to her in a manner consistent with understanding whatever the hell she is talking about. She will be able to tell if your fakeing,so be sincere. When she is done expressing whatever, complement her in a affectionate manner. If she senses sincerity,your in!!
