My landlord lives in Florida and when we rented our trailor he had some guy make us out a receipt for the secrutiy deposit and first months rent. He said that we are responsible for anything and everything that needs fixed and that he didn't no what all need fixed or repaired.he didn't no anything about the place he just wrote the receipt. Then we moved in and the ceiling needs redone due to it badly leaking and you can see mold up there, then we get the water turned on and a lot of the pipes were busted and it is going to cost 1,700 to get all the pipes redone. We don't have the money for it. Our landlord won't fix it but we still had to send him a little money for rent. We have a child that has to sleep at my mother in laws every night due to us not having any water and the roof. I am pregnant and due June 23 and I am trying to get the landlord to pay to have the pipes fixed. But he won't due anything about it. Can I take him to court or what should I do to make him fix the pipes?
