Begin by replacing the bulb(s). Clean off any corrosion. Apply dielectric grease to base of bulb. If the problem persists, take a test light and check for power in each socket. Also use the test light to check all under hood and under dash fuses, if necessary. If the problem still persists, consider replacing the multi-function switch.

It's the turning signal, high beam, etc. switch.

Got all the lights working but the front right turn signal it does have corrosion what is the best way to clean it off I tried scraping it with a knife and also sand paper? It still isn't working. The right rear bulb look melted inside change it out now it works. On to the next problems I discovered the belt squills when you first start the truck sometime lasting till after I shift out of second gear and the horn dosen't blow.

Either adjust or replace the belt--it may be old and dried out. Don't over-tighten, in order to eliminate belt squeal.
Try #240 abrasive cloth for corrosion.

Jump the horn to the battery, to ensure it works. Horn contacts may be corroded, if it doesn't work.
