    I just graduated from Drug Court. How can I get off probation?
    I have just graduated from Drug Court with a perfect record. I had no sanctions through out Drug Court and graduated in 15 months. My fines are paid. I still have 6 months probation. Is there any way to receive an early release?

    Probably by the time you petition for an early termination and actually get it will take you 6 months. Either way, you'll be off it shortly. Probation termination can take some time.

    Thanks Twinkerdoodle for such a fast response. You're right of course. I'll just have to postpone my vacation. ( : It could be a lot worse.

    You can apply for a early release though your PO, but it will be easier just to do 6 months, since all you have to do is not do any more crimes
