    That depends on your plan, in my plan that is multi media and is billed separate, but you have to pay extra to get it included.
    So in y our plan what did you pay for.

    I don't even text hardly ever and I go over 300 a month easy

    According to US Cellular, it is not and is charged at a different rate.
