    Denied due to 214 b why
    Denied visa due to 214 b?

    What is the link between my son born in us and refused my visa due to 214 b?

    If I reapply and submit strong ties can the officer give me the visa b1/b2?

    The link is that you have a US citizen child. It is a factor that you must overcome to prove your nonimmigrant intent for issuance of a nonimmigrant visitor visa.

    The USC child, after turning 21, can petition for your US permanent residence, so you must prove you do not intend to immigrate to the US for the NIV to be issued. You prove this by showing ties to your home country as stated on several other postings of yours.

    Thanks for your advise but that means the refusal 214 b for my case is permanent ,

    I have enough supporting documents referring that I will not stay there
