I know cat breeders called Cattery Rat breeders rattery rabbit breeders rabbitry hamster breeders hamsterY what about dogs breeder called ? Also birds and reptiles breeders called ? Any one know ?

A Registered Dog Breeder...
There isn't a fancy name for it unless you want to say they are AKC breeders.
This is the responsible (and should be the ONLY) class of breeder, they test for genetic health problems, have full registered pedigrees of their dogs and breed because they love the dogs, not for money.

There are also a lot of other names as well..

Backyard Breeder - Those who bred their dogs with little or no knowledge of breeding (often producing unhealthy puppies because they do not genetically test for diseases)

Puppy Mill - People who breed dogs to the point of exhaustion, some females will do nothing but breed litter after litter their entire life. They are kept in appalling conditions and most of them are sold to pet shops.
