What do guys think of a girl who starts all the conversations?
Okay I'm just curious what guys think when a girl is always the one that texts first or starts the conversation first... for example there's this guy I like and I usually have to text him first but then he only texts back 2 or 3 times... and if I stop texting him for like a week or more the next time he sees me he's like you can't text me or anything... so if a guy doesn't initiate anything first is it because he's not interested?

It could be because he's not interested. Or perhaps that you are more interested than he is. Or maybe you're just more INTERESTING than he is.

And I think the same thing but if he's not interested I just don't get why he's always saying why I don't text him anymore or how come I haven't even said hi in a long time...

Pretty much he it seems like he wants you do to ALL the WORK. Do you really want that? He doesn't seem very interested in you, but he seems like he does want something... What I can only guess, but I think you seem needy, gulable, and blinded by your feelings.
Ok, so I totally understand that you don't agree or simply that I was extreamly harsh/cold/rude/blunt etc, but I also think that you are worth more, deserve to be treted nicer/Better, given some attention (rather then beg for it.), Self RESPECT, and he is playing you for a fool.
That is what I think. His actions speak for him. He seems to think that you should do all the work, and stops talking to you even after a few texts. Unless he is so busy that he can't spare a few to say hi, then he is just stringing you in, for what ever reason I don't know. Could be he has his eyes on another girl, and you're his back up... so on.
I hope that's not too overly harsh, I'm not really one to do that, but I'm a bit off today so I'm sorry if what I said seems rude.
MAy peace and kindness be with you.
P.S. Do you love yourself? Resect yourself? Know yourself? Can you be yourself?

Not harsh at all I say the same thing... but a couple of days ago we were at work and this coworker likes him... and we were both around her and when she turned away he told me she was jealous of me because she says that he's always flirting with me when we talk... and I told him that she said to another coworker that I'm always all over him and he told me that I wasn't so to not worry about... but in all I agree with you completely but there's just something that just won't let me stop liking him...

Try not to pay attention to the whole co-worker hear say drama, or you'll end up hurt, confused, angery, afraid, heart broken, or even find yourself empty.
Try to let that all go, it's not important what she said, what he said, it is only important what you are there to hear, see, and use as a means to make a choice for yourself.
It's hard to do this, and don't get too bent out of shape if you can't seem to avoid it and you do get sucked in, but do be kind to your needs, because you'll miss them when they are gone. (By that I mean you will have to grow up one day or suffer the consequences. We all do eventually. And oddly enough, life will always put us in our place, especially when it reminds us all that we are liers, hypocrites, fools, blind to truth.)
Peace and kindness be with you.

You don't need to keep guessing his behavior. If he was interested, he would initiate. If he responds to your initiation, he's just being nice.
