    The name of an older movie
    It was a scary movie I know that much.

    I was maybe 10. The only part of the movie I remember is a ladie going to the bathroom in a public bathroom. And something crawls up out of the toilet and gets her. That's all I remmeber

    This isn't exactly what you described, but in Goulies to a creature crawls up from a toilet a guy is using and gets him. Here's a link to the scene I'm talking about YouTube - Ghoulies II - Toilet Scene
    It might be worth checking out, sometimes I confuse people and scenerios in movies from when I was a kid.
