    Master and Maestro card Charge Back
    If merchants do not mail products in spite of getting money from master credit card or maestro debit card how can I recover the amount I paid? Is there any online system of doing that?

    No, you have to call your credit card carrier and report a dispute of the charge. They will reverse the charge pending an investigation.
