Brother and wife want to get rid of one of their cars.
 My brother and his wife want to get rid of one of their cars. My sister in law is no longer working due to having my beautiful nephew. God Bless them. Well, now they are not able to pay to car loans. They tried taking one of the cars back to the dealers but did not turn out good. They want to refinance their car loan or something like that. Not sure if I got the story right but I hate to see him hurt. Can anyone give me any ideas to give him?

Advertise the car as a take over payments. Make sure the loan is assignable. The buyer then pays a nominal fee to purchase the car and the loan and they assume the balance of the loan.
