You must have be awarded the bachelors degree to be eligible for an H-1B, unless you have the educational/work experience evaluation to show you have the equivalence.
The USCIS uses a 3 for 1 formula. 3 years of progressive experience in the industry is equivalent to one year of full time study. Your attorney would adjust that formula accordingly to the 2 classes you are short (will depend on the credit hours), and then submit to an accredited evaluation agency.
Best advice, start early. H-1B's are still almost out for this FY even with the slowdown in the economy. Next years allocation will go much faster (IMO).
