Hi,, I'm 19 yrs old and ma height is 5"7...
I'm very embarrassed to say that I masturbate once in two days or daily and I think I am thin because of it:mad:... currently I'm very thin as ma weight is 50 kg.. Recommend me smthng so that I cn increase my weight.. what shld I eat?? :confused: |

Masterbating does not cause weight loss. At least, not that I have ever heard of. You should consult a doctor if you are concerned about your weight. For us to recommend a way to gain weight might not help because we don't know you or your medical history. There might be a medical reason as to the reason you weigh what you do. But there might be someone that'll come along with a better answer. Good luck. |

Well depending on how vigorous one is, you can be burning calories. But not enough to significantly lose weight. I agree that you should consult a doctor if you are conderned about your weight.
