    How do I and or can I get my parental rights back after I let my ex-husbands wife adopt them and now they are divorced.

    You dont/cant, unless you were to adopt the child yourself.

    While this may be possible to do without being married to your ex, it would certainly be unusual and would definitely require (possibly significant) legal assistance.
