Last time I had sex was a year and a half. I use condoms. I only had one unprotected sex and that was when I was 18 I'm 22 now. I asked my partner if she has any stds she told me that she was clean she tested 2 months ago. But it on the way bottom of the base toards the right side of me. I think it might be a pimple I showed it to my dad he doesn't seem to be worried about it. But to me it looks like a blood vessel exploded. Its red but pretty small and I have nothing else on myself other than that. I just noticed it like last night and I noticed that it wasn't there this weekend and I haven't had sex at all except a year and a half ago. I think its weird.
