Has anyone tried Meladerm Pigament reducing complex? (Manufacturer, Civant skincare)
Hi, I have recently ordered Meladerm pigament reducing complex and am waiting for delivery now. I am going abroad to get married in June 2009 and I was wondering if anyone has already tried Meladerm and had any results from it or not. Please let me know as I am going round in circles as all the manufacturers say their's is the no 1 product and works. I am brtish asian bengali with a light/medium brown skin tone. I really want meladerm to work as I paid £71.00 for it so will keep you posted on my results.

Also has anyone tried Nur76 skin lightening, because someone said they did and there was no results after 3 months of use and said that the company were cons. I had a bad feeling about Nur76 so I didn't go for it, so I'm glad someone confirmed it doesn't work but if anyone else has tried Nur76 then please post your experiences and results. This way we can help each other and stop the cons taking our money.

Alpha Arbutin and Kojic Acid are two safe and most effective infredients for lightening skin. Other ingredients are used with these to enhance skin glow and moisturisation for skin.

Meladerm works for dark spots but I don't think it's meant for lightening your skin by a large # of shades. I used it long time ago and it lightened all of my acne scars 100% but I only saw like 1 shade difference in my overall tone.

Hi, Sheeba thanks for your reply.

How long did it take to see results before your marks disappeared and before your skin went one shade lighter?

Where did you buy your meladerm product from, was it from the U.S?

Neither meladerm or NUR 76 worked for me.

    Hi Maharani

    Thanks for your reply.

Did you use it to get rid of dark marks or scars, and if so did it at least get rid of the scars/marks.

Or did you use it to lighten your skin a few shades?

Did meladerm have any side effects such as skin peeling off or skin going dark through the first stages of use?

Which reason did you use it for?

Answering the above questions will help me understand skin lightening products better as I have never used skin lighteners before.
I am light to medium brown skin tone and am asian bengali. If you don't mind me asking what skin tone do you have and what nationality are are you, just curious because of product you used.

    Much appreciated thanks

Fortunately I have no scars or marks to fade, so I was trying these products for their supposed lightening properties, which they state it is for.

As I said, I saw no lightening, but as I am not asian, I don't know if this is one of the factors of why I saw no results, although neither state exclusivety to a particular race.

Melederm neither made me darker or lighter and had absolutely no effect on my skin. Nur 76 again made no difference, but the I hated the consistency of this product as well.

But please let us know how you get on with these products, when you do start to use them. We all may have a different experience.

Meladerm was prescribed to me by my doctor when I complained that retin a was creating heavy skin proliferation on my scalp augmenting seborrheic dermatitis...

Which in turn was making my hair fall tremendously..

I tried it for sometime... it doesn't lighten you that much but its very good to clear spots and create a clearer complexion .

    Hi
I am using meladerm right now and I am finding its working for me.

The first product of its kind that I have used that does what its claimed to do and does not give me breakouts or a "grey" tinge!

It is not recommended to use under the eyes, but I have been using a small quantity here as I have intense under eye circles that can still be seen under 3layers of concealer. I really hate make up and don't want to have to wear that if at all possible, so I'm trying it. It has been helping, but I can't use it as much as the directions indicate due to sensitivity issues.

Don't use nur76 it's a scam and the images are photoshopped. You will waste your money.

I chose Meladerm as there was a lot od since backing it up and I waited 2years after id seen the site before I ordered it. Since seeing the page first, it has been nominated as a highly effective product and you can be sure that nothing in there will add toxins to your skin.

My only disappointment is the price. I was a bit too generous with my first bottle (used on my body too and the 50ml bottle lasted me only 4 days) and the airtight packing means that you can't chop the bottle to bits to scrape any last remains! However I would much rather pay
More than end up with cancer or darker skin as a reaction.

I am using the second bottle on my face and neck only and I will use a herbal remedy of lemon and honey on my arms..

    Good luck :)

Hi, thanks for the reply maharani and imgorgeous as this will all help me make better decisions before spending more money. I will of course keep you posted on how I get on with meladerm. I am still waiting for delivery from the US. I am going on holiday 9 June 2009 so I won't be back for roughly a month and will let you know when I get back as I don't have any access to the internet over there.
Yeah and good on you, to the ones who caught the scammers trying to hide their real identity.

    Thanks Sharika
