    Do I have any rights to my nephew?
    My brother doesn't livve in the same statse as my nephew and the two of them talk when its conveinant for my brother. She has three shildren all with different men. She likes that money and a hooch, to put it nicely. Last year she tried to move out of state and the middle child's father said I don't think so got a lawyer and his son lives with him. She is with need to know if I have any legal rights to him because she is secretly trying to move again, not even her boyfriend knows(the youngest boys father) PLEASE HELP ME I CAN'T LOSE HIM! HE'S MY WORLD!!

    You have no rights. Your brother needs to step up and be a father.
