    Old Scar/Marks Removal
    I had an extremely active childhood and am now 30 yrs old. I have old scars/marks on my legs and arms and am very self conscious when I'm at the beach or pool parties. What do you recommend to get rid of these scars?

    You might also trying buying pure Vitamin E and/or cocoa butter and briskly rubbing
    It into the area in question. I'm assuming none of the areas
    Are open abrasions or sores anymore. If so, you shouldn't rub
    Anything into them without checking with a dermatologist first.

    I am using Mederma on my scars and it's working but very slowly, I also recommend Bio Oil and silicon sheets for scars.

    I agree with on the cocoa butter it's great for preventing scars from new scratches/cuts and improves old scars greatly.
