    Neighbors are really loud
    How do I break my lease when my neighbors play there music so loud that it shakes my floors, the landlord doesn't answer his phone and I have tried to tell the neighbors about turning down the music but it gets me nowhere

    Have you tried calling the police? There are noise ordinances in cities and counties. Usually the time you cannot make all the noise you wish are between 11PM and 7AM. You need to call the nonemergency police number and ask them the noise ordinances or call your local county zoning dept for the noise codes.
