    Memory loss
    Hi my name is sara I am 22 years old and I have a one year old son. I currently separated from my husband became unemployed and moved in with my mother. Recently I have noticed that I have touble remebering things from day to day.. for example it has gotten to a point that I can't remember what I did yestarday. I also have been diganoced with depression and anxiety but am not longer on the medication in fear that I will become addicted to them. I also have tension head aches and migrains. Which I think my be accoicated with the memory loss.. What can be causeing my memory loss? How can I fix it?

    This is going to sound absolutely crazy but I was listening to a book on tape that talked about all the reasons not to drink diet soda, one of the reasons being that studies have shown memory loss to be a side effect. I don't even know if you do, but if so maybe that could be part of it.

    Didn't your doctor warn you not to quit your depression meds without his supervision? I'm guessing your memory loss and migraines have to do with your depression. Your doctor will monitor any meds so addiction is not a concern for you. Your concern is to take them on time and at the proper dosage and to get well again. Please visit your doctor and tell him what has been going on. And please abide by his instructions!
