My sons father and I broke up like 2 years ago.he did not want to but I did.now he is trying everything to get me back.like first he took me to court for custody he got partial.then he tried to take me to drop support but they did'nt.then he went through chlidren and youth but they came out 1 time and dropped the case.not he says taking me back to court cause he does not like the daycare I have him in.can I take him for harassment of how do I get him to leave me alone?

The court will see he is knit picking and eventually probably warn him that he is wasting his time and theirs.
If he takes you to court over the daycare take in all the positive things about them, any awards, how long they have been in business, their 'success' rating or whatever.
