    Can I lose my home for a credit card debt
    Hello
    I hope you can help me I would like to know if I can lose my home if I have a credit card debt that I cannot keep the payments for

    Generally your primary residence is exempt from attachment for unsecured debt. The most that would happen is a lien might be placed on the property which would have to be satisifed before you can sell.
