    Jugement againt me
    Can they take my house if they got a jugement againt me I live in new-brunswick canada

    Generally your primary residence is exempt form attachment for unsecured debt. At most, they wopuld only be able to slap a lien on the property.

    Just marred with my wife and we baught the house together and she had nothing to do with my pass credit would it efec her and what can a lien on my property do

    It shouldn't affect her credit.

    A lien states that the property can't be transferred until the lien is satisfied. So it only comes into play when you are ready to sell.
