    Thermostat wiring
    I am replacing my thermostat for the AC/heater and the old one does not have the wires labeled. They are colored as Blue, white, red and green and the new thermo I have just has the coides
    C, B,O,W2,Y,Y2,RH,RC,G AND A. I can not locate the info on the action unit. Any ideas. Gas unit

    Why are there so many terminals on your new t-stat? This stat must be for a heat pump.

    Red-rh jumped to rc
    Blue- to y
    Green to g
    And white to w2

    Also you will have to program this stat to 1 heat 1 cool conventinal if it is able to be changed.
