I have a question about my job I worked over time for 2 weeks and the over time alone is 14.00 an hour my hours I worked was 80 for the 2 week I got no over time and my check was not right what can I do about the money that I didn't get

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Generally overtime is paid when you work more than 8 hours during a day and 40 hours during a week. Did you, in fact, do that?

Have you spoken to your HR/Payroll people for an explaanation?

Ticia, overtime is considered anything over 40 hours in an hourly wage job. If you are in a labor union, consult them for the policy. If you are actually owed overtime, make written notice to the human resources or your manager. Most laws allow for the mistake to be corrected within the next pay period AFTER they have been notified.
