    A/C always running cold
We have 3 a/c units and 4 thermostats. All are set to cool at 76. Our media room has its own thermostat which we have set to off, but it is about 68 degrees in there! Wanted to see if anyone had any advice before I called our home warranty

    They are all electric.

I don't really know how/why there are 4 stats. Two down stair- one in the master and one for the rest of the bottom floor. 2 up- one for the media, the other for the playroom and 3 beds.

If you only have 3 units then one must be controlling a damper. Sometimes these dampers are power closed so try turning the one on in the media room and see if you still get air out of the registars

Hot water running cold in shower [ 6 Answers ]

We just had a new peerless tankless boiler put in our home. With the old boiler we had no problem with the hot water in the showers. However, when we replaced the shower controls I did have to make an adjustment on the pipes of the oil boiler. I turned a knob on one of the pipes that seemed to...
