Rights to go on property once forclosed
Hello, I wanted to know if I had a 2nd mortgage on my home and the home was forclosed but I was still paying the second on time, it is a pool. Can I go to the property and take my pool? The bank told the real estate company to throw it away. The house did not sell at the court house it is being sold by a real estate company now.

No, it's not your house. That would be trespassing. If they want it thrown away, call and ask permission to retrieve it.
