    Lien on house
I live in Florida. Back in 1997 I had a judgement against me for a loan from Signet Bank. They put a lien on my parents home ( I was NOT living with them at the time and never used their address). My mom and I have the same name, they went by name only and not by social security number. I called them many times and told them that the loan was mine and gave them all of my information, including current address and also MY social security number. To this day, they still have not taken the lien off the house. How would I go about getting it removed from their house?

You have to submit proof to the county clerk, that the lien is based on a debt YOU owe and not your parents..
