    Pain in ovaries AFTER orgasm
Lately I've been noticing pain in my ovaries or atlest that precise region after I have sex and an orgasm. It doesn't happen all of the time but more frequently lately. I was wondering if there could be a problem of any sort? The pain isn't so intense that I have to stop doing what I'm doing but it is moderate pain. It doesn't last for very long either maybe 5 or a little more minutes. Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks

When a woman orgasms, the muscles tighten and contract. What you may be feeling is a type of muscle cramp from the contractions.

    How long does it last?

I would always suggest talking with your doctor so that they can do an ultrasound and rule out cysts or fibroids.
