First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, did you bother reading the response to the post in the thread you posted to? It advised to go to the County Clerk or Registrar of Deeds. You can find out who has title to the property there. Another source is the Tax Collectors office, who can tell you who the tax bills go to.
