    Need new a/c with gas heat
    I need help ! I have a manufactured home approx 1400 sq ft. Need to get a pkg with elec a/c and gas heat. Any suggestions that woulld be reasonable.

    Sounds about like 70,000 btu's of heat and a 2 1/2 ton ac.

    I have a 12 year old tempstar I was told a 3 ton a/c will do it. Some are saying I should do the new system w/R22, others say absolutely not. I also want to stay with gas heat which I know is more costly initially. I would like the most efficient and reasonable. I have gotten estimates that range from $2995. To $4400

    $2995 for a new furnace and ac unit? Ir just a ac?

    No it is a combination a/c with gas heat 13 seer/can't remember btu's all in a pkg deal but it is R22
