    Changing last name
    I had a daughter neally 2.I broke up with her dad just before she was born and I gave her my last name.I got back with her dad and we had another baby and I registerd him my boyfriends name,we now want our daughter to have his last name.who do I need to see to change it? My boyfriend is registerd on both of there birth certificates as there farther

    If both legal parents consent, go to your local family court and ask them the process. It will vary from place to place so you need specific info from that court. It should be quick and easy and should not cost much.
