    Is it okay to take Creatine & Whey protein at the same time Before and after work outs?

    Yes.

    Ideally, I'd take them after the workout, not before. After you've lifted weights is the ideal time to shove a lot of protein and creatine at your muscles, so they will use it for repairing and rebuilding the muscle tissue.

    A small amount of protein before a workout can be useful if you haven't eaten for ages, but don't use too much. Ideally, you want to burn your bodyfat during the workout, not the protein shake you've just drunk.
