    Blower motor wiring
    Replacing blower motor on intertherm package unit. Rotates slow then stops. Wiring on old motor 3 wireBLACK,YELLOW, ORANGE. NEW MOTOR , 5 WIRE 2 BROWN, BLACK, RED,PURPLE, 240 volt , 1 PH :eek: How do I wire up new motor?

    The two brown leads connect to the capacitor (make sure you have the right one for the motor), black OR red to L1 (insulate the one you don't use, the black is the high speed and red is the low speed), and purple to L2.
