    Second passport-German
    I'm a Canadian citizen and born in Germany. Can I get a German passport and keep my Canadian passport

    If you are a German citizen, you are entitled to a German passport.

    However, being born in Germany does not entitle you to automatic citizenship. In general, one of your parents must have been German on your birth day.
