    Custody/proving a mother unfit
    If my fiancé leaves her baby's dady to move in with me can he take her kids away from her and prove her unfit

    Not based on that alone usually but it is bad for the kids and would weigh negatively against her in court

    Probably not - but he certainly can try to get custody. He has as much right to them as she does.
