    Will a person with a dui, reckless driving & eluding with a violation get jail time
    Will a person on probation from another state who now lives in another state that he violated by dui, reckless driving & eluding get jail time and if so what is the minimum to maximum sentence?

    I am sure that the state the person is on probation will find out about where the person is now and send for them to come back and attend their probation violation hearing. It will be up to the judge to determine is he gets jail time or not. Hard to tell.
