    Evaluating two airconditioning installation estimates
    I have received two estimates to install an airconditioning unit on the first floor of my house (it will also include a single vent in the basement). The two are as follows:

    1. Payne by Carrier Air Conditioner Model PA13NR01800G 18,000 BTUs.
    13.0 S.E.E.R. air cooled air conditioner with model FB4CNF018 evaporator coil

    2.

    One Bryant 1 ½ ton 15 SEER R-410A Preferred condensing unit. (M#165ANA018000)
    One Bryant 1 ½ ton R-410A Evolution fan coil unit. (M#FE4ANF002000)
    One Bryant Evolution control. (M#SYSTXBBUID01)

    The first cost a bit more. Based on the limited information provided, is someone able to provide me with any advice to compare the two? Thank you.

    Take this one

    One Bryant 1 ½ ton 15 SEER R-410A Preferred condensing unit. (M#165ANA018000)
    One Bryant 1 ½ ton R-410A Evolution fan coil unit. (M#FE4ANF002000)
    One Bryant Evolution control. (M#SYSTXBBUID01
    )

    And you said it was cheaper also.
