With the days closing in on us, are you going to do anything differently? Is that why the time matters?

CozyK, I do not have enough information on my own on the Third Temple yet, but Jeol Rosenberg, who is expert in Middle East and Israel and had written books based on the Bible prophecies had said in an interview with Glenn Beck that the clothes for the Temple Priest are being sewn. If it is true then it means that everything is in place. The only wait is for the right time. Now when would that come, I don't know. You can watch Jeol Rosenberg interview with Glenn beck on Youtube.
Who are the contractors, who designed it, where is the money coming from, who are the plumber, electrician, mason, and general labour, who would supply wood, steel, cement etc, may be Jeol can tell you. I wish we had known when they were hiring. Many unemployed people in North America would had got jobs there.

cozyk,
Great questions. First let me say it is soooo exciting to see the prophecies in the Bible come to pass EXACTLY like it says. Studying Daniel... wow it blows me away how accurate. In fact it is so accurate that critics say it was written AFTER most of the prophecies happened. It isn't true though. And the Lord Jesus himself called Daniel a PROPHET not an historian...
I think it makes me realize that this isn't all there is... meaning this earth, this world, my life. It is important to get the word out and take as many people with me as are willing to go.
I would also like to mention that so many things in prophecy Revelation, Daniel were really a S T R E T C H to believe. I mean a number on a forehead or right hand, to keep track of people, a one world religion and one world currency... ISRAEL as a nation again, and yet less than 100 years ago people believed it and taught it. It is just cool to be able to watch it unfold before our eyes.
Trund,
I am with you. I do believe the supplies are ready and waiting for the rebuilding of the temple. I don't know who this Joel guy is but I know who John Hagee is and I like him a lot. Have you read or know about Perry Stone. He has LOTS of info about behind the scenes in Israel. It is exciting...

All I know is everybody says move west of the Mississippi River but NOT the coastal states and be with others that are prepared.
Old time Preachers said prepare for the end and put your money in gold but if you aren't taking the RFID chip gold won't do you much good. I believe we need to start collecting seed and non perishable foods.
The Bible says woe to those that hide underground in those days which is exactly where the politicians plan to hide.
The Bible says something about being safe in the mountains but I have to study more on that.
Many people that are into New Age can tell you a lot about end times too.

Nohelp,
Jesus said to flee to the mountains and he was talking to the JEWS during the tribulation period. He warns them to run when the antichrist sets down in the temple and announces he IS GOD. I believe the Church is raptured before any of that takes place.
It is such a interesting subject, but I know many Christians that avoid it. They find it too scary.

What happens to all the sinners (like me) when Jesus comes and takes the faithful people up to heaven? And correct me if I am wrong but your actual human body goes up to heaven not just your soul?

I know it is going to be bad even before the anti christ is revealed. The Bible says the church is raptured at the seventh trumpet when the anti christ is revealed but if I read Revelations right the famine and 1/3 of the earth, food, water etc... is in the trumpets prior to that... therefore I think we need to be prepared for the 'beginning of the end' which is what I believe we are entering into within the next couple years.
I believe 2012 holds some significance while I don't believe it will be anything earth shattering it will be a notable date in events.

You either turn to God and pray he helps you through or you follow the anti christ and are doomed. The Bible does talk about Christians in the tribulation having God's seal so they do not get harmed. I don't know if that is people who turned away from God and then came back after the rapture or if it is also non believers that turn to God.
When you are raptured your whole body will be taken but it will be like one minute you are here the next you are with Jesus. Not like a bunch of people will be floating up in the air.

Well I didn't think people would be floating in the air. But what if you don't turn to god or don't turn to the antichrist. Or is not turning to God just basically turning to the antichrist?

If you take the RFID chip then you have turned to the anti christ. If you do not take the RFID chip then life is going to be about impossible because you won't be able to do anything... AT ALL. I am not sure how Christian in that time will survive but the Bible says they will have God's seal to protect them.
I figure that if the people in Jerusalem have to flee to the mountains it might be safer there for everyone.

Well As I stated earlier Let them try to put a RFID chip in me. They would have to kill me before I let them put a RFID chip in me. And I would Imagine that would be true for most Americans.

Yeah most the people I know that are into studying end times but not Christian say the same thing.
But so many couch potato people that go along with the system seem to be okay with it.
In fact there are videos on YouTube of people who are running out to get their RFID chip cause they think it is the latest fad or something.
The Bible says there will be something that is like leprosy in the end times. I believe it most likely will be a bad reaction to the chips.
It may take years for the chips to have a bad effect but I believe eventually they will.

I love technology. But not that much. I have never been the type to just go with the flow. For the life of me I can't see why anyone would want that in them. My vet asked if I wanted to put a tracking device in my cats I laughed at them.

True, but if we have God's seal then won't HE make some provision of our existence till rapture?

Even I do not understand the mountain thing. But there was another video which I saw on YouTube it is "The End Times". This 7 part video is graphic representation about the end times. There is a reference about the mountains and where people are told to hide when Antichrist desacrate the Temple. YouTube - The End Times 1/7.

It just seems what a lot of people are doing.
They feel that is where it might be safest.
I listen to a radio show coast to coast and a lot of people call in and say they moved west and are preparing for end times.
I have always felt that too. I think partly because people on the east coast seem more caught up in material things, always running to Wal Mart and complacent.
I don't know what to think of a lot of it. I just hope I know what to do and when to do it and pray that it all works out.

There is no such thing as rapture, the bible says that we die and then we shall be rose from the grave and the condemed will be judged and the ones in christ will go to heaven. There is no disappearing off the earth into heaven. Here are some scripture: 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 16For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever
John 5: 28-29;
"Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice 29and come out—those who have done good will rise to live, and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned.

Okay so what does this verse mean then?
I am not totally sold on believing the rapture either or how and when it would happen but this verse and the one in Colosians makes me think there is something to the rapture.

Well, when people say rapture they usually mean that people are randomly taken off the earth and sent straight to God. But what this verse is saying is that When we die jesus will come back and raise us from the dead and we will go into the air like angels and be reunited with him:)

It specifically says the dead will be raised and then
we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds
so I don't know where you get that.
Besides it won't be random acts it will be a ONE time event at the seventh trumpet.

When I said random acts I meant, that that's what rapture mean to most people. One day your there and the next day your not like in the movie The Rapture. People begin to randomly disappear from planes because that what people think of when you say the word rapture. And when I said the dead, I meant to say the dead and the living. And you are absolutely right about it being one event, but most people believe that the rapture is a spontaneous event.
