    Co Owned Property
    Hello
I and my husband, along with my nephew and his wife own some property that has a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and porch. There is also a studio guest house , a good size work shop and green house.
Now they have moved into the house full time and we can not use it because of this. They will not communicate with us in any way either. We would like to do a forced sale since we think this is all that we have left. How do we go about a forced sale of this property?
    Thank You, TEP

You have to file a lawsuit for partition of the property. I suggest that you contact a real estate attorney to handle it for you.
