    Court fine garnishment
I have tickets that have not been paid. My little brother set up an account under my name because he was a minor at the time. I cannot access his money and he cannot access mine. A law firm for the court has garnished money from my brother's account, I had no money in my account at the time and I also have not been using the account and not have been working for some months. What is the best way to fight this garnishment and to get my little brother's money back?

Was there any other name on the account, and yes if it was in your name you had full access to it.

Your brother will have to prove this was a joint account with your and that all the money in the account was his,

No only my brother and I names are on the account. All the money they garnished was my brother's. I barely use the account or keep any money in the savings account. We have our last two months bank statements and my brother also has paycheck stubs. Will this be enough to have the judgement in our favor?

Me and my brother won our case and all his money that they attempted to garnish was retuned to him
