    quote for Heat & Air Pump-What do I do? Thanks!
    This bid is to upgrade your hvac systems due to age and condition. I recommend option 2 or 3.

    ****option 1: Install a 13-seer builder grade system with r410-a freon. It comes with a condenser, single speed air handler, heat strips, & digital thermostat. It also includes a 5 yr. Parts and 1 yr. Labor warranty.
    Bid = $ 4600

    ****option 2: Install a 13-seer american standard system with r410-a freon. It comes with a condenser, variable speed air handler, heat strips & digital thermostat. It also includes a 10 yr. Parts and 10 yr. Labor warranty.
    Bid = $ 6175

    ***option 3: Install a 15-seer american standard "heritage" system with r410-a freon. This system comes with a condenser, variable speed air handler, heat strips and a digital thermostat. It also includes a 10 yr. Parts and 10 yr. Labor warranty.
    Bid = $ 7775 less the spring promo of $400 = $ 7375

    note 1: On January 1, 2010, new government regulations will no longer allow installation of residential a/c systems using r-22 freon. We can provide bids for r-22 systems, but don’t recommend installing this type system that will be outdated in 7 months.

    Note 2: The new higher efficiency equipment cools air much more efficiently, often times causing the existing ductwork to condensate and sweat. If ductwork problems arise in the future, we can provide an additional bid for ductwork upgrades/replacement.
