VERY asymmetrical breasts
Hi, am 26 and for as long as I know I've had my left breast much much bigger than my right.
One is a 34B, one is a 32C. Why is that? And how do I fix this? I don't know what to do about it and at one point I had become so depressed about it I had to go on antidepressants. I can't be myself, have to pay special attention to what clothes I wear so it's less obvious, can't wear bathing suits. Its sooo frustrating at times. Did several ultrasounds (they won't let me do mamograms say I'm too young) and all tests say I'm perfectly healthy. Doctor says "what isn't troubling you, leave it alone" BUT it is psychologically troubling me. Help somebody who may have de answer. Think am getting sick again :(

It may be that you have developed swelling in the breast from any number of causes. This may include infection, inflammation, a clot in the vein under the arm, a blockage in the lymph system. You should definitely start with a professional examination and a mammogram and sonogram of the breast(s).
A doctor shrugging off your concerns is not a good sign. I would suggest seeing a different doctor for a second opinion.

Thanks for your input but its not swelling. Ever since puberty they have been abnormally uneven, and I've done tests that have all shown them to be normal, just extremely asymmetrical. No inflammation, no swelling, no nothing.

I have the same problem except it's my right side that is larger and it's probably about two cup sizes larger. I can relate to you feelings about wearing things like bathing suits. My problem also started in puberty as well but has gotten worse. My old doctor didn't seem to see my problem even though she sent me to a specialist, but I'm going to see a new doctor soon. To temporarily solve my problem I purchased cleavage enhancers and use just one to even out the small side, but I think I will consider surgical correction as a possible solution. There may not be anything medically wrong but it does hurt you emotionally, but I do think it causes some physical problems because of how heavy it is on one side, I think it causes me back and neck problems. You should see a different doctor, and, if you aren't already, try a temporary solution like a breast enhancer, it will give you a boost in you confidence even though you still know you will look in the mirror and see yourself as normal. Don't get down and discouraged, there are solutions that will work for you and make you feel better.

Your band size (the number part of the bra size) refers to the circumference of your torso, so uneven breasts or not this number doesn't change from left to right. In fact, 34B cups and 32C cups actually fit the same breast volume because cup sizes are in relation to band sizes.
That having been said, I am asymmetrical as well. Feel lucky that at least you have two normal cup sizes. Mine are 34 G and H so even if they were the same size as each other I wouldn't be able to find a bra that fits. And I have a very short torso on top of it, so any bra that can contain these monsters is too tall in the height (this makes the arms **very** uncomfortable). If I want anything to fit me correctly I have to sew it myself!
