    Words on death bed
I have grown up hearing that man on death bed always speaks the truth. And I still believe that it is true.

Just wondering if there is any dispute about this?

I believe some do to get things off their chest and are scared that if they finish their life with a lie they'll go to hell or die knowing they were a liar.

    That's just my opinion.

If it was your last moments of life, what would be going through your head?

I don't think you can make a blanket statement about everyone.

Personally, I would like to think that people would tell the "final truth" on their death bed, getting things off their chest if they need to; but, honestly, you can't say that everyone will do so.

    Why are you wondering?

One would hope that is the case but people have been known to be is a state of denial even as they take their last breath. We are human ,after all, prone to human frailties and denial is only one of many.

I was thinking that people might have different experiences, opinions etc. I do not doubt that man does not speak the truth before dying. But I might be wrong. When my maternal grandpa was breathing his last, though I was not physically there, but my uncle who was with him at that time, told us that the last words he said showed that angels had come to take him to heaven. My grandpa was very pious and religious man.

Yesterday, I saw a video clip on Youtube, about a man who was breathing his last and he said his last words. He asked his son to tape it for other people to listen him. When I saw that video, it established connection with my grandpa's story. So I thought that let me share the video with folks here for all to hear his testimony. One can get an idea of heaven and hell. I This video should help us to walk on the "right path".

I admit I'm cynical, but if a dying man is able to speak, he is certainly able to lie. I do believe there is a big difference in a spiritual man's last words and a regular(insert whatever word description works for you like fleshly, carnal, pagan, non-believer) man's last words.
