    Default judgement
    I have a default judgement against me for wage garnishment. I am tiring to put a motion into the court for a stay in the judgement can you help me with the verbiage. I am in Indiana

    On what grounds? The judgment was awarded by default because you didn't show up for court. Why do you feel your wages shouldn't be garnished? Some states allow a garnishment to be reduced or stopped IF the garnishment will place your income below the federal poverty limit.
